DC header Exhaust Leak

DC header Exhaust Leak

hey guys i was getting off of work. got into my car and started it. the exhaust was leaking. i looked at it and my headers flex pipe has seperated from the flange. what do i do? it sounds so bad right now. i was just about to get the comptech exhaust but now i have to deal with this. i dont think i can get a warranty from dc cause i got it on ebay but is there a way to fix this? thanks all get back to me soon.

contact dc sports asap. also, do a search on faulty dc sports headers ... there are plenty of threads on that topic that should be able to assist you better than i can do. good luck.

Did you buy it new? Did you buy it from an authorized dealer? If so there is a 1 yr warranty. How long have you had the header on there? When did you buy it? What was the production date on the box?

problem has been fixed. too it to a local muffler shop and they cut off the old flex pipe and welded a new 8in long flex pipe. the 6in just wasnt cutting it. the design of the dc header is no good. the new setup is nice. i got all my power back the grand total was $96 all it done now so im happy.

Never again

They repaired mine, when it broke again said it was out of
warranty.

Said acurazine is fringe group of users and no one else is having
any problem with the headers.

Never again.

good to hear that everything got fixed for just 96... it might have cost you more!
