Comptech Front Sway Bar?
Does anyone have the Comptech front strut bar? The one that costs a little over 300? I have some extra money to spend and i was wondering if that was a good mod to put on. I am debating between that and the Neuspeed from upper tie bar, and if both give the same improvement, then theres no point to getting the comptech. Any suggestions?

your thread should say Front Strut, not front sway. I assume that's what you meant from your post. and the subject has been beaten to death, there's a ton of info on the board already

I also like the fact that the Neuspeed bar mounts to the unused studs; this makes the install simpler and adds two tie points on each strut tower (I don't know if it makes a difference, but my intuition says it can't hurt).
Either way, the difference is subtle.

I purchased and installed the Comptech front strut bar. I'm no car mechanic, but I was able to install it in 3 - 4 hrs taking my time. I'd say the car handles a little more solidly with the bar, just don't expect too much and you'll be OK. It looks cool, improves handling a little, and was something I could do myself. Those were my reasons for getting it.
