chyllintsx dc exhaust

We took some clips of his exhaust yesterday:
Inside cabin, along with outside and him driving down the street.

The sound is pretty loud like you would know his car is coming down the street or more. Its a deep tone, has a nice tone, but i say if it wasn't just that loud maybe people would like it more.

A quick shot of stock and his dc exhaust.

I think you hear the intake more and a bit of the dc headers as he drives down the street.

You will hear some of our stupid comments, such as woah that fly was huge he hates bugs, unfortunately long island is all about their bugs and critters.

enjoy!

i love my dc sports exhaust. I heard his at a meet and thats what made me get it.
i agree it is loud but thats what i was going for.

vids of the exhaust dont justify how it really sounds.

looks like it was a nice little meet there

They really don't do justice but you can imagine in a neighborhood like mine its loud around 12 am.

It might annoy people haha, but it does have a great tone.

The tips also come really close to the body, chyllin got rearended so its even worse.

People can PM me or talk to me on AIM and ill send the videos over google is slower than i expected.

You actually could hear the headers and the vtec ingage, but not very noticible in a video clip the sound has too much nature against it. You can heard the birds chirpping haha..

Hey, Your Euro R lip front looks nice! Did you have to adjust the ride height in any special way if you dont use the side skirts and rear body kit?

not at all, the lip is just an add on.... the ride height is lowered only cuz i got springs.... theres no way to adjust the height so that the front lip would look flush to the sides n rear haha

Wow, thats good to hear, I have always wanted to get just the EURO R lip but I was afraid that the front could have looked lower or tilted. Nice Work!

and when i put it on... it was only lowered approx. 1 inch... not even... so its perfect!

good luck on your selection!

Hey Eric, How was the EuroR front lip installation for you? Was it pretty easy? I have the JDM fog lights (Ebay ones that have separate switch by VSA). Will those be compatible for the EuroR front lip?

I think I am going with the EuroR lip route. I originally wanted to get the Kenstyle front to make the front end of the TSX look more wider and lower but I already invested in Foglights.

Anyways, Could you share some front pics of the front of your EuroR lip if you got any? Thanks a bunch!

hey mam... the install was not bad really... the fogs may be more of a pain but its all do-able... just a few closeup pics...

Wow, Thanks! Look at that seamless integration! I like it so much better than the OEM kit. Last 2 questions.....I promise! I heard dremel cuts are needed on the foglight housing itself, to fit the EuroR lip onto. Is that what you did to?

Also,I noticed that you have the black lower grill cover. Did you have to do anything special to make the lower grill fit with the EuroR lip?

Oh, yeah, the foglights are already installed!

It just needs a drop (Tein basics...already ordered) and the EuroR lip!

Pardon My Newbishness.....

My Foglight Housing looks like (No holes)

Do I need housing with precuts like this for the EuroR lip to fit?

Thanks!

xenonHID.... if u look closer, there is a small gap due to that lower grill.. that sits behind the lip ON that black plastic. it pushes out the lip a bit. i would not advise this grill mod if u want a flush look, im debating whehter or not to take it off right now....

and yes, u need to make holes if u wanna unstall that lip, basically ur gunna have to take out your fogs, and cut out the 3 holes... easy, just dont cut too deep towards the middle...

PM me with any other questions and good luck!
