CARB Legal Intakes For 2006 TSX?

Ok I have an 2006 TSX (if you didn't know already) and I've been doing research on this, the other site, various web sources, friends, etc and I still am not sure what intake to go with in the future. Main problem I'm starting to realize is the CARB approval requirement since I live in California. So I did some research . . .

AEM - CARB Legal (2004-2005 only listed though)
Injen w/ MR - Pending (for a long time now)
K&N - last time I checked it was CARB Legal for all years
Apex'i - Legal since none of the emission stuff is changed . . . not legal because no sticker
Fujita - Illegal

I have no idea on the legality of stuff like Mugen, Gruppe-M, and J's Racing and they seem too expensive for me so I left them out for now. So yeah I'm really just trying to figure out here what my CARB legal options are for intake in a 2006 TSX.

^^ You won't have to Smog for quite awhile, so I wouldn't be super worried about it yet.

If you are, then K&N seems like a good option. Also, look into Icebox if you want a quieter sound.

Kenny, is it even possible to get the ICEBOX? Comptech and their b***h issues with management changes are so confusing!

^^ I think so, but I'm not 100%. You might want to ask Excelerate:

I remember seeing a CT Icebox for sale on e-bay for around $160. I think it was Lynwood (sp?) Acura.

^^ If you look at the CARB website they only list CARB certification for the Icebox for the 2004 TSX. I don't see why 2005-08 would be any different but you might want to call Comptech and inquire about it.

^^ well if that's the case then the AEM short ram would also work in theory since it's approved for 2004 and 2005 on the CARB site . . .
