Caliper covers

So I know some guys with TLs that talk about doing the RDX caliper cover mod, has anyone tried to fit these covers on the TSX or is there an options for the TSX other than the ugly fake Brembos?

I seen some knock-offs on ebay that are Brembo's. Very skeptical.
