i have two questions.
one is who has experienced problems with their brakes. I only have 12k miles on my car and already the brakes are worn. I dont drive extremely fast, race, or try to rape the brakes.. anyone experience this?
second question anyone know where i can get an upgraded brake kit, want cross drilled rotors and new beefy pads. i checked some sites, and coulnt find anything for the tsx.

I have read complaints about short brake life. I am not 100% positive, but I do not think a big brake kit is available yet. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

 

According to an Email I received from Stoptech a Stoptech 4 piston big brake kit will soon be available for the TSX for around $1700!

In brake tests Stoptech kits (Aero Rotors/calipers) outperformed Brembo Gran Turismo brake kits.

 

On the TSX or some other car? I would think they use the same car for the testing, am I correct?

What about Rotora Big Brake kits? Any thoughts on that?
I saw it on www.brakeworld.com and they have Rotora big brake kit for TSX posted on the site for about half of Brembo Gran Turismo kit.

 

Rotora has been around for quite a while now.

They released a kit for the 2000+ Eclipse just over a year ago.

Im still kinda skeptical about the quality of their kits since I know of NOBODY who has a Rotora kit on their car.

IMO, if Im gonna be spending any money on a brake upgrade its STOPTECH or bust.
