Good thing I just got my Euro R front lip from those bustards. It took them 4 months to get the front end to me damn commi's! j/k. I don't think I will deal with them again worst customer service ever. BTW my front end is still kinda jacked up, by the passenger wheel well their is a slight bent portion on the kit, I hate BBT!

I placed a 50% deposit with BPT over a month ago for a Mugen Grille and JDM radiator cover. Ken sent me an email last week letting me know that the parts have arrived from Japan but are sitting on the docks in Vancouver in shipping containers with thousands of dollars worth of other stock that is unable to be delivered to them because of the truckers ongoing strike.

http://www.ftn.fedex.com/cndbulletin/062805.htm
http://www.ftn.fedex.com/cndbulletin/070605.htm
http://www.ftn.fedex.com/cndbulletin/071205.htm

if the strike is still in effect it would make good business sense not to take any orders until they've got their stock. It must be hurting a lot of companies out there so just bare with them and like me, wait it out.

where is BPT located because I am going to be going to college in Rochester, NY at RIT. If they are close to the border I will just drive up and pick up my parts during school.

They're about 3700km from Rochester but they're close to the border.

How about calling them. I don't see why anyone would order parts from a company without getting a phone number just in case.

I don't think you guys understand how long this stuff takes to get sometimes. When I make an order, it is minimum 3 months away. That does not make the service bad. It is only bad if they say a few weeks when it turns into a few months...

I know it takes a long time. I am trying to email them about the condition I received a product in.

I wont have my car in rochester though. I am thinking of getting some type of cheep 4 wheel drive suv as a beater car. It will probably be a Jeep Cheroke cause my friends dad is a mechanic and always goes to auto auctions and he gets them pretty cheap. But yeah it would be cool to come up to the meets just to hang out even if I dont have my car.

WEll I had good luck with the sides and rear of my Euro R but my front end was jacked up twice by those fools. The first time I got the kit my front lip had a broken tab that goes into the foglights hole and also like a small dimple near the buttom of the lip (it took 2 months to get that). The second time they sent me back the front lip "repaired" with some bondo looking crap where the broken tab was at and know the center front of lip had alot of scratches and missing alittle bit of paint also the passenger end to my front lip is bent looking. I have emailed them and no response. It has been 3 weeks and still no response, worst customer service ever. BTW Jefftsx I live in California you live in Canada so shit doesn't get jacked up as much to you then to me especially going through customs and what not.

Damn I do feel sorry for you since they wouldn't replace but only repair the lip for you. But as for customs and shit, we Canadians get jacked ltoo. You people down south shouldn't be complaining man. Whatever we buy here is almost twice the price compared to US. (Well at least that happens to me when I want to buy shit!) But why not try calling them instead of email?

I don't know about toranto but to Toronto it's about 2.5 to 3 hrs (pending on your speed). But using the ferry, I'm not too sure. Ask Dan since he goes to Rochester quite a bit.....I think.
