Black Chrome TL Emblems
After doing some searching for better prices (retail is $75ish). I found a pretty good deal someone mentioned on acura-tl. Someone's friend said his friend, a parts manager at an Acura dealership will hook people up for $43.75 plus shipping, and he quoted me about $7 shipping. Not bad, let me know if you want to get in on the deal. I asked about a GB and he said that's the lowest price.
I may be getting them or paint mine, not sure.

the kit comes with:
1) smaller "A" for the TL front
2) larger "A" for the TL rear (the one I used)
3) "A C U R A" like seen on the previous gen TL's
4) "3.2 TL"

A couple more pics of the emblem process. When you take off the stock chrome rear A, there are 2 plastic holders that stick off the body. I removed them so whatever I put on will be flush.
Use a flathead screwdriver to pry up one side of the rivets, but don't press too hard, its easy to break them. After pulling up one side, I slid a set of angled pliers under the edges, and as you squeeze the pliers it pulls the rivet out. Bad explanation, I know.
Remove them by pulling on the inside (I believe) edge and it pops out. Then slide it out towards the inside.
Lastly unscrew the screws and take out the holders
Push the plastic parts out from the back
Put something in the holes so water doesn't leak in though, I'll probably seal mine with some silicone.

And a couple more pics of the black chrome emblems. I wanted to do the ACURA, but I test fitted it once again and it didn't look good from a distance to me.
I think I like a central focus that an emblem provides. the ACURA just makes the back look big, its hard to explain.
