the 2.3L RSXs are making 300WHP with the K24 block wit modified heads...etc. link to the 2.3L RSX kit, which makes me think what is our car REALLY capable of.

I thought about changing the cams, pistons...etc. but it seems just a waste of money if our ECU cannot be altered to work with the mods. And the rsx-s pistons' bore is 1mm smaller which makes direct swap impossible.

finally, i come to the conclusion that maybe the easiest way is to swap out everything and put a DC5-R engine while keeping only the K24 block. (or a typeS engine). however, one last problem is the throttle will need to be replaced as well from drive by wire to mechanical. This also rises a problem coz our gas pedal is different from RSXs. (assuming i dont care about the rpm gauge, losing the VSC...etc).

so, my question is, does anyone know if the EuroR is also drive-by-wire? if so, the swap might not be as hard as i think. Or should i just forget about the idea and be content with what we got?
