Anyone with an aftermarket alarm/starter combo...

I'm just wondering if anyone has installed an aftermarket alarm/starter combo in their car and kept the stock functions like rolling all the windows down from the remote, and popping the trunk from the remote also?

I'm considering getting an a/s combo (viper 5900?) with the two way pager, for the added security, and the remote start feature in the winter. i think the 5900 series has 1mile range, which is definitely more than good enough for me, but I don't wanna lose the windows down and the trunk pop.

I believe the only other things that I would loose is the memory seat function (which is fine, as I am the only one that drives my car)

thanks in advance!
