I remember reading an article in Grassroots Motorsports a few years ago about mounting washers under the swaybar brackets (between the bracket and the frame) to reduce the chance of binding. I guess it gives the bushings an opportunity to expand, but I'm worried that it will introduce too much play.

Has anybody tried this approach?
