I'm thinking about purchasing Jdm headlights but want to ask few questions before the purchase it made.

1.) I heard many people are experiencing with headlights fogging up? Is this true?
2.) I know that lot of you guys kept the Jdm corner lights but is it difficult to replace with some brighter hyper white bulbs?
