06 Accord CL9 Exhaust help

Hi guys.
I'm Aslam from South Africa, I drive a 2006 Honda Accord (CL9)(K24A3).
I've been browsing this forum for a while now and learnt so much here.
Looking forward to doing some mods to my car and maybe getting your guys opinion.
Current mods.
MotorCade induction kit (SRI) (locally made)
Eibach Pro kit
18 Weds Sports SA70
225/40/18 Dunlop SP Racers.

I know this question has been asked before, but I believe it should be a bit different for me.
I need help with an exhaust for my car, now there is a few things to remember.
1.We dont have any emission testing here in SA so I am looking for a nice system that will give maximum gains. I want to go Decat as well but I dont want my engine light to stay on.
2.(Sound) I dont mind how loud it is, it must just be deep and not raspy.
3.(price) It must be priced more or less like the tanabe or buddy club system.
Remember, i am from SA where the R to the $ is weak so I need good referrals to guys who can ship to SA safely reliably.

Looking forward to your response.
Thanks

My suggestion is to contact our forum venders (MrHeeltoe, Excelerate) for performance parts and figure out shipping to your area. There are sales and group buys in the Black Market setction. https://acurazine.com/forums/sponsored-sales-group-buys-10/
