looks like the TSX held up pretty well when t-boned, but not when it was rolled over, the roof was almost touching the body.

once again, i hope they are fine

I wouldn't be worried of just rolling over with the TSX, but if the chassis had already been compromised by a t-bone, then in addition had to suffer a rollover, chances of harmless accident seem dramatically decreased.

it's crazy here with all the new yorkers on oem all seasons. this morning i saw a TL slipping and sliding near the Holland Tunnel entrance and then on the Belt Parkway a bad accident; i think people here stop knowing how to drive in snow.

:whocares: Knox... Get ready for the feedback.

P.S. - I too hope everyone is OK. In hindsight I hope the car's owner(s) made a life saving car buying decision.

I think there used to be **** or warnings...but, most of the people here are adults, so i think people don't bother, as long as it's not overly done..

Check your local news channel websites. If anyone died they may have a small mention of it.

Man everyone who buys a car that says awd and 4wd are cocky for winter weather conditions. Still driving fast and reckless when they don't realize the loss of traction...

I founde 4 cars in 3 ditches here in buffalo and funny thing is we haven't even gotten alot of snow comapred to you guys.

Back in Rochester about 75% of the cars I saw in ditches were 4/AWD

looks like nobody died, that's great.

There were no reports of major accidents or emergencies, but a number of residents were treated for snowblower injuries....

Doesn't sound like they did very thorough checking... I don't know about you, but I'd call a t-bone + rollover a "major accident", any injuries notwithstanding.

AWD and 4x4's are GREAT for getting started on the snow and ice. Too bad some people forget about STOPPING on snow and ice. My Dak does GREAT in the snow in 4x4. But I still drive gently on the street in bad weather. Now, empty parking-lots.....thats another story!!

I drove from Fort Lee, NJ on the NJTurnPike to Rt. 280, then onto the Parkway till exit 137 and I think there were three cars stuck every mile, and one accident per every 5 miles. Most of the cars I found stuck where american RWDs and SUVs I found it weird cause cause I did fine in my MDX (had to leave the TSX under 1-2 feet of snow). I'm glad to hear that the black TSX driver ended up okay in the end. Many people were driving really stupid sunday! This ass driving a Prelude on 280 spun out and did a 180 in front of me and slammed into the right wall. I stop and me and one of my workers jumped out to help him out and see if he was alright. But right when we starting getting close he starts reving hard and trying to free his car, backed up so he wouldn't fishtail out and hit one of us, and just pulled away. All the way down to till I got off of 280 he was still going kinda fast. I guess he deserved it!
