I must have the worse luck ever with the TSX.

I posted here last week that I purchased yet another one from Curry Acura, and was to pick it up last Monday. Well apparently the dealer was not aware of the derailment, and my car was on it. I can't believe this is the second time I put down a downpayment and it didn't come in. Don't get me wrong the dealer is great, he even is giving me my deposit back right away instead of them trying to locate another ABP/EN/Nav for me. They gave me other choices but I didn't want anything they could find.

To make things worse, I was supposed to go to Open Road Acura to meet Brian Conway (through NJTsx's reccomendation) to finalize the deal on a CG/EM/Nav but couldn't go there because of work. Had some emergency work that needed to be done and can't get there now. I have to be on site for at least the next 5 days, and can be here for the next 2 weeks! :'(

So basically I let 3 TSXs slip through my fingers in the last month! Maybe I should check Cali or Chicago and ship it to NYC.

So if you are looking for a great deal on a TSX in NYC, go to Brian Conway for a great deal. Brian, if you read this, sorry about the purchase but I hope this post will bring you some business.

Time to get back to work to dream about a TSX.

 

Something tells me the TSX wasn't meant for you. I suggest you look into another car.

Just wait for it. I mean a month or two can't hurt. I got the ABP TSX instead of the CG cuz I didn't want to wait 4-6 months for it last year, I kinda regret not getting the CG TSX 5AT w/ ebony, but oh wellz. I like my ABP just fine.

However, a months wait isn't bad for a cool car!

I actually picked up a Artic Blue Pearl/Ebony/Nav/5AT.

I posted it in the Car Talk section. Monteclaire Acura gave me what I thought was a good deal. Got Fogs, All seasons, and Protection Package for $27,800. Got it the next day, but only because it was a transfer vehicle that they needed to get from a dealer that was 50 miles away.

This car is awesome and well worth the wait. Will post pics tonight when I get home with the car. Probably gonna take the pic with the X5 and the Mini!
