will they work OK ? i plan on replacing the stop light bulb with these.

will the parking lites and stop lights work as normal ?

Yeah they'll work, I have the same ones. Any bulb replacement will work as plug-n-play except the turn signals they require a replay. and here is list of bulb sizes for future LED swaps

Might be a problem. For the brake light, you need a dual intensity bulb, and the name you have doesn't say dual intensity. Googling like bulbs, they tend to say "dual intensity" if they are. Just saying...you'll want 2 dual intensity for brake/tail lights and 2 single intensity (same as high setting of previous bulbs) for turn signals.

BTW, your current lights are 21w/5w and 21w.

the 7443 are the stop lights so they should work.

7443 are dual filament and 7440 are single filament

Cool, then I suggest 2 7440's too.
