Just got my CG TSX earlier this month and I've noticed that when I open the driver door, she beeps at me sometimes. The lights are always off when I leave the car and I've noticed that she only beeps once in a while. Any ideas why that happens? Yes, this might be a really stupid question, but I have no freaking clue, so I don't really care. Just wanna find out the answer really...

 

I have the exact same thing. It beeps when i open the door as if I kept my lights on even though I didn't. I hope someone answers this question.

 

If you open the door within a few seconds of unlocking with the remote it beeps. If you wait a few more seconds, it doesn't. Not sure why this "feature" exists.

 

If you push the button on the remote to open the door the parking light will flash twice. If you open the door before the second flash is over the car will beep. It does that because the courtesy beep thinks the door is open and parking light is on.
