Who did this?
I just decided to see if the TSX was on the autotraders site, and there it was. Wow. Someone has already wrecked their TSX.

I wonder what's wrong with it besides what's apparent in the picture.

Yeah, there was another thread about it, where a new user claimed that he did it after owning the car for two weeks. But if you look closely, you can tell that it had to have happened during a test drive or dealer transport (the sticker is still on the window).

Sorry, I meant when the dealer was driving it from one place to another, not actually transported on a truck.
328 miles could be the demo car... I've never heard of anyone leaving the sticker on their car after buying it.

Anyways... REPOST. HaHa. I hate doing that. I would even consider buying this vehicle if it didn't have a salvage title. The car isn't worth 12000 with a salvage. And then, installing a new airbag restraint system in the TSX with 6 (or is it 8) airbags. That's got to be 6 G's right there plus the work that has to be done on it. Then getting a salvage title vehicle insured can sometimes be difficult.

Ah, thanks for posting the pictures. I was wondering what the Quartz interior looked like. That is the Meteor Silver body, right?
And Pink airbags? I hope that I'm never in that kind of accident. Nothing I have goes with pink. I dislike pink. I'm forever scarred from the sight from behind of a 300 lb woman wearing pink lycra on a tall and skinny racing bike. Godzilla-sized monster hips and arse, all in tight pink. I saw more, but I dare not share that with you. Bleeeechk! I was stuck at a red light and couldn't escape.

The car looks boring w/o the nav system and the quartz is beautiful. The passenger airbag on a 2001 CL-S is white w/burn marks. That's what's weird about that pic: no burn marks on the 'discharged' airbags.

i believe the car belongs to a fellow Acura-Tsx.com (er), it was wrecked because it went under a big truck or something... it was not the drivers fault but its buddy, the buddy was bugging for a test drive, so he let him drive it alone, and then he didn't return with the car, few hours later, he found out his buddy crashed his TSX... poor guy, well lesson learned, don't let no one drive the TSX for a long while... or atlease not with you not in the car atlease.

Don't want that crap to happen to any of you guys out there, so drive safe =D and if you must cook some corners, get some summer compound tyres =D

Could be more than that. A few years back my daughter did about $9K damage to an Altima, and $5K of it was air bag related. In addition to the bags themselves and the sensors, the entire dash had to be replaced along with the windshield. And that was just two bags.

However, with anti-lock brakes, you should never pump the brakes. The brakes take care of that for you. When some people pump their anti-lock brakes, the brakes lose their effectiveness, and they run into things.

You see, Chris?
It doesn't say if they also do airbags and underpants, but I'm sure everybody would agree it's a good idea.
