I just got a parrot CK3100, and I ordered the QChon-1 harness for it... your options for ordering are TSX with non-amplified sound system or Bose/amplified sound system... I have NO idea where my amp even is, but I asked Quick Connect and they said I need to look at the back of the stereo to see whether the amp is built into the head unit or if it is external...

Does anyone know where the amp is?? I have a 2005 TSX 6MT no nav... I'm pretty sure that I don't have the upgraded sound system or anything like that... I really dont want to take aprt the dash just to see if the amp is internal or external--- even then I still wouldn't know. I'm handy, and can follow directions, but when it comes to that stuff I don't know what I'm looking at unless theres pix.

It is external and it's under/behind the storage bin/Not an Ashtray area. You should check the a/v section though. This thread will probably get locked.
