Where to get the Navigation DVD for Europe?

Where to get the Navigation DVD for Europe?
Hi everybody,

I bought an Acura TSX 2006 but the navigation isn't working as the navigation DVD is with US maps and i live in Moldova(ex soviet union country, Central Europe).

Does anyone have a navigation DVD with european maps suitable for this car model?
