There are two authorized distributers for Phase in the US. Search Phases site, it's on there. You might also try bulletproofautomotive.

the thing is.. i searched for like an hr but I couldn't find phase website!

there is also a knockoff of the phase spoler going for almost half price....i think that a us site is passlimitusa.com

sorry i meant to say that there is a knockoff on ebay, but the phase spoiler can be had in the us from passlimit
