When to change 06 AT Fluid?

Just wondering when everyone changed there AT Transmission fluid?

I think the manual says 60,000miles, but wondering if people changed earlier etc?

Anything besides the Oil that needs to be flushed/changed often?

I thought I saw a thread a while ago, but can't remember what exactly was being discussed, but I could of sworn it was regarding tranny fluid, and everyone was saying change it sooner than the owners manual recomended, because it tends to get pretty dirty sooner than the recomended interval.

Thanks!

hrm..enlighten me, how do u flush the radiator =X.

my car is 1 year old, 10k miles, had 2 oil changes so far, both with royal purple synthetic.

Rotated my tires just recently at 8-9k

What else should I be doing soon or should have done already?

If you did it once a year, you'll be fine. I bought my car 1/30/06 and I plan on having my AT fluid changed next week. So, roughly 1 year.

There is a FAQ section which addresses the service schedule and items.

AT fluid change every 15k miles???? even manual tranny flid is only recomended to be changed about every 20-25k, 15 if you really wanna get crazy. AT could be changed at 60 but only recomended to be changed at 100k. id change the coolant every 30k or so.

Great idea... I had to change the tranny on my 1997 Civic at 175,000km (110,000 miles) because the bearing on the input shaft... i'll always wonder if I could have prevented it with more regular tranny oil changes (did 48,000km as per the manual).

Every oil change, just to be safe.

Given that everyone changes their oil at what interval? I change mine every 3-4K miles so I think tranny fluid changes that often would be overkill.
