I think the members were just noting CCC that buying an Acura is obtaining higher car status because it's Honda's "luxury" brand. The only features you took out were anything that said "Acura" on it and removing any "luxury" marquee from it 
Plus, don't you know that this is "Acurazine" and not "Hondazine" man.

I hate how people think that rebadging is considered as downgrading. Unless a person bought the Gold Acura emblems, and wasted his damn money on doing that, then... well no, actually that would just be considered as wasting your money.

It's funny you say that cuz all my female friend and my girlfriend say the TL is very cute, while they call my TSX "too sporty!"

Worst insult? Not really an insult, but a friend of mine said this whilst driving it "Jeez this car is long." 
Bear in mind he drives a VW GTI--the 3rd shortest car ever made... BTW, I don't know if the GTI is really the 3rd shortest car ever made, but I like saying that it is.
Another friend of mine makes weed-eater/two-stroke sound effects as I drive around normally (shifting below 3500 RPM, etc.)... I know Hondas are far from being the beefiest sounding things on the road, but c'mon!

To be honest.. I have never received any negativity to my car.. lucky me.. I live on a small Island on the east coast of Canada (for you american users). (Prince Edward Island).. I own one of 5 on PEI.. (and yes.. I know this.. even though our population is 140,000.. ).. I'm somewhat of a honda/acura fan.. and know most of any cars done up..

Those Dumb Asses have no idea what they are talking about.... 3.5 RL is name as "HONDA LEGEND" in Asia; NSX is carrying a Honda emblem in Asia, RSX is still carrying the name of Integra w. the Honda emblemin Asia. And aren't all of the above models built by Honda?? There is nothing wrong about our TSX, regardless whether our cars are taking the name of TSX or Accord, it is still as good as the way it is.

Honestly, I have not heard many negative comments about my car. Most people who understand what quality japanese cars are all about think its a really nice car. Please note how I qualified that statement.
