I'm in Atlanta, and I was just offered
$31930.04 = 29685.00 + 399.00 (Doc Fee) + 1805.04 (6% tax Gwinnett) + 41 (tag & title). Thats for 6MT w/Nav. I know its not the best, but i'm having trouble getting them to lower it.

Has anyone had any good experience / price with any dealers in Atlanta?

My real question was, those of you having Tinting and/or Clear Bra included in the price, what kind of tinting is it? If I ask the dealer they do the tinting at the dealership? If theydon't budge on the price, I think I'll at least ask for the Tint and Clear Bra for hood and headlights....

Thanks!

Thanks desktop. I picked it up and drove it home tonight, what a ride. I am so glad I got the Navi to, it is going to be a lot of fun to play with. I hope you enjoy your ride this weekend. I'll keep my eyes peeled for some new ones on the road.

Good time to buy is NOW.

The double whammy is coming. Month-end and Year-end is approaching. Dealers who have TSXs in inventory (that are not spoken for) will be looking to move them before Dec. 31. Get shopping people! And, good luck.

I hope they do want to do year end dealing. I will pray to the VTEC gods that I will luck out with a volume seller and not a comission seller. The four dealerships that I have been checking have had the same number of '06 on the lots for the past two weeks. Somewhere around 20 on the lots for all of them combined.

Anyone in the Southwest that would be willing to come out to Tucson, AZ to pick up your car let me know, I've got a good internet sales rep I can refer you to. He offered me 28.5k + TTL on an 6MT with Navi and just sent out an email saying he's trying to hit 20 sales for this month but is only at 5, so I'm sure he's willing to deal for even cheaper than that!

OK, some real info

OK:

My car is at it's dealer. I got the VIN. my dealer will send a driver tomorrow (weather permitting) or Monday to pick up the car. so the deal still is not officially final, but i think i'm ok:

5AT RBP w/Navi
$27,500
Doc Fee: $189

Still undecided on the underbody kit and i want to see what his final price on it is.

so i can finally officially recommend my dealer. If you do decide to go, please contact me for all of the specifics, but it is Springfield Acura in NJ. supposedly someone has already contacted them. Granted, my deal was unique, and i don't think anyone else will get that low of a price, but you might be able to get 28k pre tax price.

A post whore is a person who posts with the purpose of increasing their post count above all else. (Example: huckleberry) Do you deny it?

try dealerships in chicago. some of my best deals are coming from that area. all under 27k. best deal so far is in ohio though..... (no navi, so im guessing a navi could be had for only a little more....)

They are xenon HIDs. No bluish tinge like the old xenons. I like the "pure" white look better.
Other person can't hear you well? The mic is placed behind the HomeLink buttons, so that might be a factor. Are you mumbling? Close the windows/moonroof, turn down the fans, turn down the radio, etc.

Is this what they told you is the break in period??? All they told me was that for the first 600 miles, drive at a variety of speeds and do not use cruise control.

you're paying $1,000 more than we did, and we don't have the spoiler or other accessories. we don't have the $369 doc fee either. but overall sounds like a decent deal!

Thanks for all the great info here. My first post.

Just started contacting dealers in the San Diego area. I also contacted one in the LA area (Mission Viejo) to see what I'd get. I'd be willing to make the drive for the right price. Within 10 minutes I was offered a RBP 5AT w/Nav. for $28,571 incl. destination (no mention of any other add ons). RBP's not my first choice and I'd prefer not to drive up there until I find out what prices the San Diego dealers are offering.

bbznyc, if I remember correctly didn't you pay $30,535 OTD for non/Nav. I realize this includes the steep sales tax you have to pay. But if I take out the tax that still leaves about $28,175 which would include any non-tax fees (registration, etc.) Is that correct?

I compiled a spreadsheet of what everyone paid for their car from this thread (actually it's combines quotes plus actuals) and the average price is $28,861 for Nav model. This includes the really low price that bradykp got (he admitted it was probably a price mistake, but was honored). I also added $2K to any non-Nav model to even the field. If I throw out bradykp's price the average is $28,944. Some prices were higher because they had extras thrown into the price throwing off the average a little.

So I'm not sure I can get $500 more off. In the San Diego area there doesn't seem to be a lot of stock. I did just get a quote from another dealer offering $29,183 +fees. Yeah, right. I couldn't tell if by fees he meant TTL or dealer prep/doc prep. I wrote him back to find out and to tell him that he was way too high.

For those of you who have dealt via email, did you just counter with another price? Did you then call directly to discuss a better price or continue with email?

Sorry to sound so lost but it's been 15 years since I bought a car.

BTW, why are people so negative about the green color? Just curious as that's what I'm leaning towards.

Well... Yeah... Your math is correct. Brady is the reference point!!! I actually got mine for $30,000 OTD... My situation was different as I had to get rid off my 99tl with 140k miles on it So even if I overpaid somewhat, I didn't do much travel around tri-state area as it can get pretty annoying... My car was dying... I called/visited 3 stealships total. I think my price was aight....

Quick Reply: What price are you paying for 2006 TSX ???
