Shop around!!!!
You should be able to get the car for under $28,000, plus tax and lic. which comes out to about 11%. I would recommend going to edmonds.com and submitting a dealer quote request. The dealers will send you "no haggle" quotes that are pretty good, and then you can shop around and see who has your car at the best price. When you are getting quotes, make sure the price includes the dealer add-ins and the destination charge. The dealer add-ins are parts that the dealerships add to every car. Most So. Cal. dealers add mud guards and wheel locks.
I think a price to shoot for would be $27,500 (plus tax and lic.)
