"Shadowguard" decals on front windows

"Shadowguard" decals on front windows
Does everyone else have the "Shadowguard" decals on their front windows? It's some security thingy I guess and the decal has the America's Most Wanted logo on it. I never got any info with my car about it so I don't know exactly what it is. Anyhow, I'll be removing them before I get my car tinted
