Just a little curious after a few years of the TSX what would your next car be... Ive recently seen ppl switch over to the IS250/350, G35's, BMW 3 series..... what car would you switch too in like the next 2-4 years.. list the car or cars and why
Btw Ill be keeping my tsx for an everyday driver but get a M Coupe.. reason insurance was high but its dropped alot now and I am earning some $$$ and always like 2 seaters.. hate those friends who try to bum a ride.. no more excuses now hehe!!

Planning on keeping the 06 TSX and passing it on to my son as his first driver (9 years from now). Got the TSX for the wife and I will let her drive it for about 3-4 more years. I will take the TSX after that and get her a Mini Cooper S. Got to keep mama happy!!
Decided to go with a smaller vehicle with higher fuel efficiency. I figure by 2010, gas will be about $3.70 to $3.90 per gallon and we spend 80% of my time just commuting back/forth to work.

probably wont trade in the TSX anytime soon, planning to trade in the Pilot for a Tahoe or a Denali XL sometime before spring
but if i was to trade it in, i would try to get my hands on a nice RL or maybe the TSX coupe when/if released

I don't see myself buying something that isn't Honda/Acura or Toyota/Lexus. I'll probably look at a half-dozen or so cars that fit with what I'm looking for at that time, and select from there. There's not any type of car/van/truck etc that I'd want that I couldn't get from them.

Gas is going to start getting prohibitely expensive sooner than later. That's why I'm not so sure if I will be getting another car after this TSX. Unless, they come up with cars that run on affordable alternative energy (which I doubt will be any time soon), I'm going to hold on to my TSX, and save money by not having a car payment.

I won't be changing cars for a long time. If I did, I'd get a second gen TSX(turbo).

I am currently considering the RDX, new MDX, 3 series, next generation A4..... or even the next generation G35X (if the rear seats fold down - isn't that a silly criterion? But that was truly why I got the TSX over the TL).... I am curious about the forthcoming Infiniti CUV too. Since my TSX will be paid off by next fall, I am starting to look around now... :-)
Actually, wouldn't a Certified Pre-owned 3 series be good? The price will be better, hopefully the problems will be fixed, and you get a much longer warranty too!

I'm def not selling my TSX within the next 5 years minimal, if I even sell it. But, I've got to say I'm looking into getting into a coupe again, actually I'm craving it! I'm just going to wait till my kids get older and after I buy my next car which will most likely be the Pilot, Pacifica, or Comander. I need to worry about upgrading my family car at the moment first. Sucks cause its taken funds away from modding the TSX now.

I'll be driving the TSX for a while, I'm just sick of car payments, and I love the car. When I do look, it'll be at the new TSX or maybe a 330i (SP and MT, of course). I've always had a jones for Bimmers and life is short. By that time I'll be near 50 and looking to step up.
For the short term, I'm seriously considering buying a used pickup. I need something with some more utility than a sedan can provide, something I can beat on in the mountains without worrying too much about.

2008 BMW M3 (E90)
or
2008 Lexus IS500
or
2008 BMW 335I
or
2008 BMW 530i
first I need to get a secured career next year. just in time for these cars when they come out. I have never driven german before and I'm going to see what the hype is all about. I've rode in many and they're great but I need to drive one to know.

I will plan on keeping the TSX for the long haul. Howerver, my next purchase will more than likely be a 07' Range Rover for my fiancee and a quite possibly an 08' M3 for myself.

Three Wheelin'
Lexus IS 500 is what I want~
I was going to get a IS 250 but I was on wait list, (supposely Mid-West doesn't get lots of RWDs...) so I ended up getting my TSX.

My next will probably be TL type S. I have now an 02 E46 M3 cab and a TSX for my daughter. Both my wife and I drive the TSX every chance we get as we love it. Had 3 of the origional legends an 89 that was totalled in an accident and 2 90's one sedan for my wife and coupe for me. Kept the coupe for 12 years and to this day wish I had never sold it. For those who like BMW's they are great driving cars but their realiability is terriable with many large and small problems. The free maintnance and 5 yr warrenty are nice, it is a job to get the dealer to cover things under warrenty and maintainance is 15,000 miles and anything you buy yourself from BMW is extremely expensive. At 52 I have had several cars and Acura has always seemed the best. Great value and very reliable. I am over my M3, It has become too expensive and has lost all of it's fun factor with all the continued problems. I am coming home again to Acura.

I'm keeping this car for ATLEAST 5-6 years (right after college), ill be going to either an Audi A6/RS 4 or an E55 amg. ofcourse, i'd still use my parents money for that since it would be the last BIG thing they would buy for me.

By fall/winter '07 my gameplan is to sell the TSX (before the model change over in '08) and pick up a 996 Carrera C4S, prob a '00/'01, ideally seal grey with black interior, cold weather package, bixenons, and of course a 6spd and then slap an eclipse touch screen nav unit in it with my sirius plus tint all around (except the windshield) and call it a day until I get the urge to put some sick shoes with a serious lip in the rear on her.

Living the Dream
I will probably be keeping the TSX for at least a couple years after it's paid off...so 2010-2011. Then, if possible, M3 sedan or just plain 330i with Sport Package. I have a thing for sedans....not sure why. I think my next coupe will be a 911 Turbo...SEVERAL years down the road.
May keep the TSX (if I can afford to) and turn it into an autocross/track car for fun...

Earth-bound misfit
I'll keep the TSX at least 5 years, probably. I really like it. I'm sure we'll probably sell the 4Runner long before the car. By then, we'll be living overseas, so who knows?

I agree... I am getting sick of those poor customer service from HONDA/ACURA.
I guess I will get the Audi 08 A4 or the Bimer 3 Series...... Unless the new 08 TSX is really that outstanding
