Weatherstrip on windshield

Weatherstrip on windshield
Does anybody have any advice for me on how to put this back on without it peeling off?.. This will be my 3rd time trying to do this. It always leaves a gap b/t the windshield and weatherstrip. Is there any tools i need?.. any help is appreciated.
