Vsa

I just bought a TSX last weekend, still driving it carefully during break-in period. I dropped my car off at the dealer to get a spoiler put on and they gave me a TSX to drive. I was playing around with the VSA on and off...reving to redline and everything...but I didn't feel much difference. This is a 06 5AT.

You won't feel it during acceleration but will feel it come on while taking turns agressively. I've felt it come on more than a few times.

i have some in california as well...granted, it'll be millions of years before cali breaks off from the mainland....

Jeff, VSA is for traction, it has nothing to do with the engine producing power (I suppose the closest it gets is for the ability to put the engine's power to the wheels?)

You'll feel it most when cornering. It's easier to spin up the inside drive tire. I like it off when cornering hard. The TSX pushes in a predictable manner, and I don't like the way the VSA interferes under hard cornering.

VSA did a nice job snapping me back on line when I got a little too aggressive bringing my tail out with a lift of the throttle. Generally, though, when driving aggressively, I turn it off. The TSX is fun to place in a turn using throttle and brakes.
