Lightbulb Voltage Stabilizers - Anyone can explain?

Has anyone installed such a device in their TSX? If so, can you speak on the topic of how this changed the driveability or performance of the car, etc? These things are popping up all over performance websites, ebay, etc with some (in my opioning) very wild claims.

I am skeptical myself, especially when I hear of devices that say they will improve everything from horsepower and torque to the way a car with an automatic transmission shifts between gears.... all this from "regulating and improving the flow of voltage..."

Will be grateful to anyone who can enlighten me!

It does make shifting more noticable and stronger pull inbetween each shift...
but yet again people told me to get my car dynoed..
I have a t1r grounding kit and voltage stabilizer

did you install them both at the same time, or separately? i've noticed alot of the voltage stabilizers are coming with extra grounding wires as well... which one did you buy?

Both
i got them for 160.

Like I think low end torque is keept and increase, like my injen intake growls even under 2000 rpms and i used to be stuck with a sudden lost of power in acceleration when rolling, it fixed it same with throttle repsonse. Its all based on what i felt... people say dyno it...

I appreciate the feedback. I am more inclined to see how people's reaction in real world driving situations. My ride to work is nothing like a prepared racetrack, and I doubt I spend any time at all at peak HP, or when it would really matter. The things I appreciate the most are the low-end torque improvements.... that's what really improves acceloration, makes it more fun to drive, and feel more powerful.

is your car AT crazyazn?? BEcause i heard that it's kinda useless for an AT... since the transmission sucks up most the electricity, there's no point. However, it's great for a MT~

questions

Is the T1R V-Power 2 Voltage Stabilizer a universal kit?
Also would i need to get a grounding kit?(what kind)
Does it make enough improvements to make it worth getting?

Please people, save your money. Unless you've got a shit ton of electronics or running high boost + nitrous and have a super high voltage ignition system you will not get any appreciable gains. As it is the ignition systems on new cars are very strong because it helps with emissions. The grounding from the factory is plenty sufficient to support the engines needs.

Just think about it logically for a minute. How could this thing potentially help? Plausible answers any one?
