turning on fogs w/o low beams?
I was just wondering, is there any way of being able to turn on your fog lights in the '06 without turning on your lowbeams at the same time. Is there a modification you can make to achieve this...thanks

This has been asked numerous times, and the concensus thus far is that no, it's not entirely possible.
That beind said, if you have access to the wiring diagrams and don't mind taking the dash apart, I can tell you what wires to connect. Connect the switched foglight wire to the defroster constant power, and you'll have anytime-fogs.
