Ask yourself the following question: If these devices worked as advertised, why aren't they already installed by manufacturers on all new cars? Given Honda's relentless search to get maximum efficiency and power out of their motors, why doesn't your Acura already have one of these?

The answer is: They are not installed from the factory, because they are a hoax. Save your money.

With regard to the picture... well, I could easily get a graphic artist to make a spiffy picture that showed how cow crap, spit, or... whatever, Angelina Jolie's aura, placed on either side of a fuel line, had some magic effect on the fuel, too. This would not make it true.
