TSX and TL prices in DC

i got an email from a dealer near DC, saying prices on '06 TLs were $27,884!!! that is CHEAP. TSX was $24,436....i think it's safe to assume that these prices are before TTL. would you buy a TL for under $28k? nicer interior, more power?

i'm going on 2 months without my TSX, but that TL deal....wow.

Where did you get this price from? I'm going out to purchase a TSX today and need to find a dealer in the DC area that I can trust to give me the best price.

Check with Pohanka Acura in Chantilly. I picked up an '06 TSX w/Navi for about $27K plus TTL (delivery was waived) a couple of days before Thanksgiving. Alex in Internet Sales took care of me. You might also check Karen Radley out in Woodbridge. They quoted me the same price but didn't have the color combo that I wanted.

HTH... good luck.

My roomate just bought a silver AT TSX at Radley Acura on Columbia Pike for 26k including everything except tax, they also threw in free oil changes for life and a couple of accessories. Ya'll might want to check there, but the guy my roomate bought the car from got fired two days after he sold him the car.

From the many threads I've read on this board, the low prices we locals get, and not to mention my own buying experience, its fair to say the DC area dealers are very competitive with each other, and willing to cut price to get your business.

Pohanka, Rosenthal, Radley, Karen Radley, even Chevy Chase (I'm like the only one that bought there...) were all aware of what the other ones would sell a TSX for, and I got them all to the same bottom price, but couldn't get any lower when I bought a year ago. I ended up picking my dealer based on convenience as a result.

Now that its 06 clearance time, I'm sure anything goes. Cross shop that price and see who will beat it, but it sounds like a great reason to get back into an Acura if that's what you're looking for.

Now as far as service goes, that's a whole different thread.

My buddy just bought a '06 PWP 6spd Navi for $26,700 before ttl at Pohanka.

Radley will do a '06 6spd non-navi for $25,500 before ttl as well. Was there with another buddy who was looking to get rid of his S2K for one last week and that's what he got.

Me? Nope. I got the car I wanted for an acceptable price. Plus... when your wife says "Why don't you see what trade-in you can get for a new TSX?", you don't hesitate. You move out briskly and get your car WITH the Navi before she changes her mind or starts with the "but why do you need a nav system?" stuff.

My roomate almost bought from Chevy Chase, the car was getting prepped when the salesman took back his promise. So we went to Radley and told them what Chevy Chase were giving us and they said ok. To anyone thinking of buying at Chevy Chase, beware of a salesman named "Art" he seemed like a nice guy but i don't know what happened, i guess he made promises too early before talking to his manager.

hush, you. it'll be 2 months this friday without a car, and surprisingly, i'm getting by ok. BUT....i get these emails from radley and pohanka acura with these great deals (like 24,200 for a non-nav 6 speed TSX, or 27,8 for a non-nav TL) and i start to miss it a lot.

and it might be my imagination, but i've seen like 20 '06 TSXes in the past week now. grrr.

still looking to move to NYC so i'm biting my tongue and holding out, but i have a great job opportunity out in Reston and if i get it, i'll probably be here in DC for another ~2 years, so i would probably jump at another great deal on a TSX.

has anyone ever bested my $26k even (and $27,400 out the door) on my '05 TSX with navi?

I bought there in the summer of 2005. They answered all me questions, let me test-drive a TSX for 3 nights and said ok with no hassles to the price I came up after reviewing what local dealers were selling it for.

Course my saleswomen left there a few months later. Don't know how they are now.

Thrillington,

How much it would be without Navigation for 2006 TSX AT. I beleive your price quote is Out the door price.... Right?

Thanks,
