Those wheels do look pretty sweet. They're a different finish from the 18" TL wheels so it'll look distinctive.

Not bad at all I'm sure we'll see a few people go after those rims. I want to know how much the rims weight. I'm guessing since they are still OEM, we are looking at 20+ lbs?

So you get the OEM body kit, different 17x7.5" wheels, and different shocks/springs in the A-Spec kit? That's it? I don't think that's quite worth $4000.

I want the suspension alone. The wheels are cool, but my car is Satin Silver. I also am not a fan of the rear wing. I think I'm going to slap the M3 lp on there. Either way, sweet post man.

For that amount of money there has to be some sort of power upgrade, if not, some wild handling upgrade, maybe not as pronounced as say M3CSL vs M3, but something serious for sure.

M3CSL is 25k+ more than regular M3!

They still went with only a 17-inch wheel package? That's a little disappointing. I was hoping for 18s. At least they are wider and should fit more tire. I think $4K is a little high for those things. I wonder what the price would be for just the suspension bits?

Word is it cannot be parted out. I think that the Acura dropped the ball on the TSX A-spec kit big time. There's two other OEM body kits available in other markets, and they had to go with the one body kit already available in the US. It just doesn't make sense. And from what people have said on the forums, there's no "handling package" option like the RSX has, including just the wheels and the suspension. for people who already have the factory kit, who would pay 4k for wheels and suspension and a spare copy of the body kit that they already have?

The finish on the wheels looks nice, but I'm disappointed that they're only 17" and the finish looks like it might not match well with the Carbon grey color as they look a bit lighter than our carbon grey.

You can get the entire euro-r kit including the JDM fog lights and the mugen suspension kit and grill for approximately $3000. IMO that's a better buy than the A-spec kit. I'm deeply disappointed, as I was looking forward to the A-Spec kit as my next upgrade. It looks like instead like I'll be going with the mugen suspension and Euro-R kit.

Edit: I will say however, that I do like the modest drop, it gets rid of some wheel gap without making it so low that speed bumps are a hazard.

Good question. At first it looked like any other E46 lip spoiler but that one has more "meat" to it. It's probably a one-off prototype for the TSX concept car.

I think we figured that out. I have a feeling he was asking who makes that spoiler.

I'd rather add a carputer for the extra 4k.

Ugh, one other item that bothers me about the A-spec is that since the body kit is the oem kit, it leads me to believe that people will be less likely to one-off the parts of the kit they don't want. I figure, if you want the OEM kit and already have it, most will probably just buy an aftermarket suspension and wheels. If you already have a suspension and/or wheels, why spend the 4k on the A-spec when you could just buy the OEM kit for the same look? Bah, I'm pretty disappointed on this development as a whole. Damn, they could have at least thrown in the clear corner lights.

That "A-SPEC" TSX also looks like it has an aftermarket exhaust

Accsuperstar, the A-spec TSX as shown in the pictures is clearly very different from what was shown as a concept. I doubt it actually has the exhaust in the release version. The concpet also had the modulo voltage kit, different seats, and I believe a Big brake kit. None of these appear to be on the release A-spec kit.
