Found a Silver MT ebony and got a so-so quote on it.
Found a Silver MT quartz got a great quote.
Had my heart set on Silver/Ebony... Any one have quartz?? And how is it.
I'm gonna head out to the dealership next week to check it out myself.
I know quarts probably gets dirty easily & and ebony is sleeker. THe only positive i see in quarts is that it doesn't get hot in the sun.
What do you guys think?
Btw.. Quote on Silver/Ebony approx 25500
quote on Silver/quarts 24500.
WOW. I'm sure I can bargain 25500 down a lot more. GUess I'll see in the next few weeks.

I don't know about quartz, but I am surprised at how my ebony holds up pretty well.
It is surprising how it doesn't get incredibly hot in the sun... that's probablybecause of the heat-rejecting windows.
Anyways, good luck with the negociation process, and welcome Home!

Yeah, welcome...
From experience (I wanted a CG/Ebony, but because I couldn't have it right away (and I couldn't wait (my bad, I know)) yet "settled" for a NHB/Ebony instead, and had the dealer knock some off...anyway, tangent here, but I'm super-dooper happy with my car) I have to recommend that you buy what you want, Damn the Torpedos. You can save a grand (over what, 40-60 months? That's like an extra $17-25 a month for something you really are happy with. Go with what moves you....

I have SSM with the Quartz interior and I haven't had any problems keeping it clean at all. I think the Ebony looks very sharp, too, but overall I'm very happy with the color combo I got.

It all depends on how much you like the color combos. If the quartz is something that you think you'll be regretting settling for then go for the ebony. I see you're in SoCal so there are a lot of dealers to negotiate with if you're willing to drive a little. Considering the quote you got on the quartz you should be able to get a good price on the ebony at some point. Good Luck.

Sup guys. I just e-mailed around for quotes. Now I'm running around scrapping up for a down payment. And I'm worried if i'm going to get assed on a high APR.
