TSX Safety

So I'm bored while I'm at work and I was going through some other forums and someone caught this while he was at the dealership. According to the story, this was a loaner car that someone flipped 10+ times while going 100mph+. Both driver and passenger walked out ok, engine still starts, and the doors still open and close.

Sorry, but I'm not sure how to post pictures. Here's the site that I got the story from.

Other than speed/driving skills, where there any mechanical failures that might of caused the accident?

I am skeptical that the car in the picture was flipped 10 times. Still, .

Looks more like it was sandwiched in between a big SUV or truck in the back and another car in the front. Though I dont know if the tires would have ended up like that. That had to have been caused by going sideways at some point in the wreck...

Seriously though,

I totalled my '05 in a wreck, and limped away from the 40mph accident after 4 airbags went off. This is a safe car. So safe, in fact, I went out and bought an '06!

In fact, the Honda name and reputation along with this car's safety features is 90% of why I bought a TSX. Lucky for me it has exceeded all my wants and desires and brings a smile to my face everytime I drive it.

amazing if true, but no matter how safe a vehicle is, one has to be extremely lucky to get out of that kind of mess!
