Is there any documentation anywhere reporting how many 6 speed MT and 5 speed AT TSX's were made for each year?

I would like to know what percent of 1st generation TSX's were made with the 6 speed MT.

I have never seen documented production numbers. All I have seen is people who have spoken to their dealers while purchasing their car, and most of them say that only 10% of the TSXs are manual transmission. If I recall correctly, dealers would only stock a couple of MTs on their lots and fill the rest of the space with automatics.

Most people hunting for a manual transmission usually have to search for a few months before they find one in the color that they want.

Actually, I think 5% is closer to the actual number. It's a real catch 22, cause the dealers don't want them cause they can't sell em, and if you're looking for one, I guess it can take a while to find what you want.

I've heard 5% also.

Though it took me a while to find one, it actually worked to my benefit in terms of price. I wanted a stick, the dealer was having trouble selling the car amidst all the autos, and I got a great deal.
