You can set it to 30, 60, or 90 seconds of an option that will automatically lock your car only when you press the "unlock" button and haven't opened any of the doors. Other than that, I never seen my car lock by itself.

Yeah, the relock feature is only for when the car is locked, you hit the unlock button and don't open any doors. It will relock after a set period of time. But once you open a door, it won't do it.

Only does it if you unlock it and don't open any doors.

Yeah now that you guys say that...it makes sense. But how do you go about changing that time limit?

I hated the fact that the TSX doesn't lock the door when the vehicle is in motion. Thus the reason why I opted for the Viper 5900 alarm.

I want manual control of my door locks - makes me crazy when I ride in someone's vehicle that goes clunk when it gets put in gear or starts to roll.
But then, I want manual control of my health insurance too.

yes, the tsx lock by themselves if you unlock the car with your remote and don't open any of the doors. i've had this also on my 1999 Accord sedan too, so it's not really a new feature at all.

if you sit in your car, and pull out the key, the car will lock itself, if you put the key in the ignition after this the alarm will go off.....learned first hand
