I have a 10km commute to work. About a 15-20 min drive. In summer I ride my bike and my commute takes this path

Does a Bear shit in the woods? Medium Double-Double every day. Those Tim's gift certificates I got for X-Mas are coming in handy.

24 miles each way to work. All interstate, though the commute takes anywhere from 25 minutes to 2 hours (not a misprint) depending on traffic.

78 km or about 45 miles of traffic free driving each way. It puts a smile on my face and puts me on a good mood for work.

Since I live on campus sometimes 4-5 days go by without me driving anywhere. Of course on the weekends there's always the 90-100 miles driving to and around LA.
Mind you these were my driving habits before I got the TSX 3 days ago. I think now my weekend driving will increase exponentially (just gotta figure out how to avoid the LA traffic)...

Not sure of the mileage, but before I moved, my commute was 3 minutes. Now it's 22 minutes with better gas mileage. Yay!!:P

I do 2.3 KM (15 minutes) in the city and 8 KM on the highway (2 minutes)...

When there's traffic. 45-60 minutes total!

27 miles each way. Start at 6:15am and battle traffic on the 405 and 110 (thank GOD for carpool lanes) taking 35 minutes and then do the same thing coming back at 4:45pm and it takes 45 minutes.

Buuuuuuuuut ... I take a vapool to work so the TSX stays in the garage nice and safe.

17 miles from the home garage to the parking garage at work. The morning commute takes about 15 minutes and the afternoon about 20 mins.

Since my wife drives the TSX daily, I'll post her commute. Her commute is roughly 4.5 miles each way. For me, it's about 16 miles each way (in the Prelude).

15 miles one way. To Downtown Los Angeles. In stop-n-go traffic. 6MT. Takes about 45 minutes. Up to 1 hour on bad days

14 miles each way, but I commute back home in NY from Boston every weekend. So, add about 430 extra miles a week. That's a grand total of 570 miles a week, or 114 a day averaged out.

It's almost just as well that my contract ends tomorrow, and I'll be back home for a while. Albeit, I'll be out of work. Hopefully my next contract will be closer to home.

As I said on my earlier post I travel 23 miles to work one way. I think next spring I will be transfered to another office. My commute might add another 5 miles, but I don't know it I will be transfering yet.

41 miles each way - when I'm in the office. 8 miles each way to the airport when I'm not.

It's a comfortable - sometimes fun - commute, thanks to the TSX.

TSX Commute

Just wondering about the commute times everyone has. I currently drive 12 miles to work and I am contemplating moving which will put me roughly 60 miles away. I have a 2006 and Im trying to weigh the costs and the pros and cons. Does anyone have a similar commute, its all highway and I figure I'd be going through 1 and a 1/2 tanks of gas a week for 600 miles. Its a commute from Binghamton, NY to Scranton, PA....Binghamton sucks and I just wanna get outta here, who knows if Scrantons any better tho.

Don't do it, you'll wonder where your time has gone.

I just moved last year....went from a one hour commute to 6 minutes and I have a lot more free time and I'm not so aggravated.

I drive about 45 miles one way to work and it takes about 55 minutes. On the way back i make stops so its farther(about 50 miles) If i have a full tank, it goes from full to 3/4 rountrip. In other words, I can drive 4 days on a single tank then i have to fill up again. About 2/3 of my trip is highway. Thank god i kept my civic which i drive more often than my tsx to work.

I was commuting round trip 90 miles earlier this year. It wasnt that bad for me considering i was traveling through central delaware, which barely has traffic any time of the day.

XM def. helped pass the time especially O&A in the mornings.
