yes there are 4. the backs are smaller.
If you're thinking about getting them, I will tell you that they are excellent! I couldn't imagine owning a nice car without that kind of protection.

Do you have ones from the factory or aftermarket? If aftermarket which ones do you have?

They fit perfect, as OEM accessories tend to do.
Reason I ask is because I went to a car wash with four and left with two.
It seemed really weird that the 'workers' tried to convince me that I only had two.
Who buys a set of four and only uses two?
I felt like ranting earlier about this, but I've calmed down now. However I am still without two rears mats and eager to hear what happens tomorrow...

boost owns
If they don't give you a satisfactory response, escalate to Corporate headquarters of the car wash chain. Unacceptable. Yet another reason my TSX does not touch a car wash (that and it's too low to fit on the tracks...)
As for me, I don't use all-season mats. I prefer the carpet, plus with an ebony interior, any mess that DOES accumulate on the mats comes off rather easily with a bi-weekly treatment of carpet cleaner... my mats still look fantastic and my car's a 2004. The only issue I have is a hole which is beginning to wear through under the clutch pedal, but that's to be expected after 50k miles on a manual transmission vehicle.

Boring Teacher
I was a person who said that I would never have all season mats because I didn't think they looked very nice.
That being said...I received a set as a gift and decided to use them for a few months so that I wasn't being rude. They haven't left my car since then!! That was almost 2 years ago. I love them and will never own a car again without the all season mats.

Let me help you!
I don't think it's even possible to buy the front mats separately. It's either all 4 or none.
I loved the ebony carpets, but my baby brother always seemed to drag in dust into my car. So I hesitantly bought the all-weather mats. When I received them, they felt so heavy that I didn't want to put them in (since I try to keep the weight in my car at a minimum). Anyway, the mats are so nice. They only come out for cleaning once in a blue moon.

A Series of Unfortunate Events
So I went back today and the manager said that he has to review the security camera to see whether or not if I had 4 or 2.
I told him I would call him later because I had to go to work and didn't have time to stick around.
Coincidentally as I was driving to pick up my girlfriend, I looked in my side mirror to witness my cousin in his '97 Maxima get into an accident on the end of her block (black ice).
I checked on him to make sure that he and the other party was okay before I carefully drove off.
About six blocks away, I stop at a four way stop sign, as a '95 Explorer enters the intersection.
After he passes, I drive forward, only to get hit by him as he is making a u-turn to come back.
From a visual inspection, I calculated what parts I would need:
Front Bumper - $336
Front Underbody Spoiler -$362
Front Fender - Right - $282
Headlight Unit - Right - $ 417
Then of course there is whatever is underneath that needs fixing, brackets etc., and then paint and labor.
It really sucks that my JDM headlight got broken, but I may be able to get another because a friend of a friend has gotten into an identical accident, but on his driver side. His passenger side 06+ JDM headlight may be in tact, I just wonder if he ever did the USDM projector swap.
I'm grateful no one got hurt, but it's sad to see my car like this. I was about to pull the trigger on K-Pro, but now I will have to wait for this to get fixed.
As I dropped my girlfriend home, there was another 2 accidents in the same location as my cousin's. A little snow in NYC and everything turns into chaos.

that sucks. hopefully you get your mats back.
you should have called the police the day it happened. I truly doubt that you'll get your mats or any compensation at this point.
good luck on your accident. did you get a police report?
be prepared to provide proof of value on the headlight. hopefully they have a good insurance company that won't try to rip you off.

The all season floor mats are great.. I helped steam clean my sister's original floor mats in her TL just a week ago and seeing the filthy waste water convinced her to buy all season mats.
I've ordered various accessories from http://www.handa-accessories.com/ and http://www.acurapartsdepot.com/ and have had good experiences with both.
FWIW, I had to remove my original mats before putting the all season mats in since the thickness got in the way of the accelerator a little.. you might be able to stack them, but it's a real pain to get both sets of mats to hook on the retainer hooks for the driver's mat and the rear passenger's side mats.
BTW, don't get overzealous and put vinyl cleaner/protectant on the floor mats, or your feet will be sliding all over the place!
