tire sensor
hi, guys not sure if this question was answered before but im going to ask anyway. lately on the days where the weather goes below zero my tire sensor goes off and says tire pressure error. and every this happens the sensor goes off in a different wheel and sometimes 2 or 3 wheels at a time. once the weather gets warmer the problem goes away. has anyone have the same problem and what you guys think i should do.

simple.
when it gets cold out, the pressures in your tires drop below the
acceptable limit.
therefore you need to add more air in the tires in the winter.
filling the tires with nitrogen instead of air will help this, it will keep the
pressures far more consistent throughout the year.
do you know how to read the tire pressures with your car?
if not this is how:
press the "i" button on the steering wheel until it says "tire pressure okay"
then press the other button, the "set" one or whatever it is.
then it will show you the individual pressures for each tire. adjust accordingly.
add air until they are all where you want them.
I run about 36psi on all 4 corners with my 225/40/18 tires.
oh, by the way, the above only works on the 07-08 TSX.
not sure what year you have. if you have an older year, you will just need to
go out and buy a manual tire pressure guage.
but seeing how it shows tire pressure errors, I am assuming you have an 07-08.

Oliver!!!
Yeah, the 07-08 are the only 1Gs with TPMS, and the procedure is the same for both of them. To the OP, the first cool day we got here I got a TPMS error as well. Turns out that one of my tires was a bit low. Got down to 26 PSI, which is the threshold for the TPMS error. Get a manual tire guage (I keep one in the car anyway) and put some air in the tires. Physics tells us that when the temperature drops, the pressure in the tire drops as well.
