In principle it should be possible to replace clutch coil w/o discharging the system. you will likely need to remove alternator, maybe pax side cooling fan for access and dismount the compressor to allow access to remove clutch plate and coil.

I would suggest purchasing an Acura Shop Manual. Check ebay for listings. Although manual does not address clutch replacement "in place".

I believe there was a post from someone who accessed the clutch plate to remove a shim. Use search to find the post.

You need to recover refrigerant to remove compressor.

If you don't plan to charge the system yourself, an auto ac shop should recover the refrigerant and charge for a flat fee. Be sure to add some PAG to replace that lost by discharging and removing compressor, perhaps 2-3 oz.

Replace orings on compressor connections.
