I bought some overlays for my car, I was planning on tinting the third brake light on my spoiler but wasn't able to remove it. I was hoping to get some insight on this if anyone has done it before. I was planning on removing my fog lights and side mirror signals as well, so if anyone can post instruction or any DIY it would be greatly appreciated. I tired searching the forums a little bit but couldn't find much.

 

Have you checked your local/Fed laws first? Just hate to see you do work then get ticketed.

 

I had my taillights tinted last year but I took them off last week because they were starting to peel and got white edges from wax and sealants so I was thinking I'd clean them and reapply them before summer. I had a little trouble with inspection but I had it done at the place I bought my car last year and they let it slide. I've never been bothered by cops however. Not for tints at least.

 

Anyone know if the bumper has to come off to remove the fog light housing? I thought it would look better and be easier this way.
