I'm thinking about buying a TSX, so I test drove one over the weekend. The options I'm interested in are:

Aero Kit
Metal Look Trim Kit
3M Protection coating over the front of the hood and on the door edges
7 Year 160,000 km warranty without Roadside assistance
18" TL rims (rubber not included yet)

Without talking about trade-in or negotiating, the price is $42,000 plus tax (CDN). Anyone got an idea what a fair price would be?

 

Price it out on edmunds.com to get the invoice and convert to CDN and it will give you a basic idea of what you can realisticly ask for.

At the very least, get them to throw in the metal look trim kit for free. Sheesh, $400 for a few pieces of plastic! I don't think so....
Apart from that, you should be able to get at least $2000 off MSRP (without talking about all the extras)
