You guys are really close. Before I bought my place in West Covina, I almost bought a condo at the corner of Golden Springs and Sylvan Glen. I guess someone offered a bit higher than me.

I almost forgot as well. For any SoCal'ers still reading this thread, I can get you car and homeowners insurance through State Farm. If you're interested, send me a PM and I'll let you know the details! Vwong and DJDZ of course this applies to you, and I can also do your condo owner's insurance and combine them both with auto to get you better savings!
