Thanks guys for the info and fun here...

But after reading all the articles, getting a good idea about the price and seeing that the MTs are being delayed, I decided to just go have fun for a few years and revist the Acura line up then.

Now the happy owner of a '04 Corvette Coupe. I will just have to learn to live without the Nav for 3 years. Oh and I only paid $2k more than the estimated OTD price of the '04 TL AT with Nav.

Gentlement it was a pleasure reading your thoughts and insights. You actually helped me make a choice I didn't originally think of when I started my search 45 days ago.

EDIT: Helps having a R on your

Uh, you're welcome. Yeah I've been saying all along the Corvette is a better choice than the TSX. Good luck.

The TSX and the Corvette are obvious direct competitors because they both have, you know, four tires. And engines. They both have engines. So naturally they get compared a lot.

Congrats skull, nice ride. Have fun.

Hey, Skull! Congrats. Sincerely though, I think the Corvette is ridiculous.

No, really, seriously -- I think it's completely ridiculous. I mean it. Really!

But, even the TSX'ers on here are pretty unanimous that I just basically have bad taste in cars, so you probably did good.

Thanks for a lot of great posts. All best!

Congratulations! Have fun with the Corvette.

Just remember to go easy on the TSX the next time one pulls up to you at a light and starts revving its engine.
