I have a lot of rattles on my TSX also. Both front doors rattle, both front seatbelts rattle around the ear, and just recently the steering wheel is making an annoying clicking noise...it's not the keys. But, regardless I still love my car. I will get it looked at, however, because it's pretty annoying.
Also, it's stupid to hate on someone just because they're complaining about the TSX...it's not perfect. Rattles are annoying and if it can be fixed then let it get fixed. That's what warranties are for. And, you can't always drive with the radio on high and no matter what, the rattles will still be there...as in mines it's progressively getting worse and I only have 5000 miles on it.
To the original poster, I hope you get your issue resolved. But, just remember the next car could have the same problems.

I tend to find that rattle happens between about 35 and 65 degrees, for the most part.
I live in one of the dryest climates available in the US (4500-5000 ft MSL in the desert), and I have yet to hear rattles. I just got back from getting an oil change and mentioned it to my service manager if he had numerous TSX owners complaining about rattles. He said they have yet to have someone bring in the TSX for that reason, so I would say the dry climate theory is not exact.

1) Dry
2) Cool
Driving from LA to SLC last week, I encountered it regularly between about 65 and 35. Others (mostly on the east coast) report it as happenning between 40 and 60. We all agree that it never happens in the rain, and I find it much less noticable when the fog comes in as well.
I'm just curious as to how many people with rattles own a first year build. I've been told numerous times by my parents and their friends to stay away from first year builds.

Update on rattle issue
So I took my TSX (5AT /Navi) in today.
The problem: rattle/vibrations coming from the center console area during complete stops while gear is in D, D3 or +/- (take your pick).
Last visit a few weeks ago: they replaced parts on both the steering column and beneath gear shifter. Can't recall the exact parts that were indicated on receipt.
Result: Reduced rattles but still could hear it from mainly the center console/Navi screen area.
Today's visit: I was told they adjusted a 'loose' wire in the center console area, a process that took about a few hours.
Result: I drove it for a few miles this evening and no rattles.
Let's hope it stays that way.

I would have thought they would have worked out these problems overseas before bringing the car to the US under a luxury marque.
