My only dissapointment with the the TSX is the tail lights. Anybody know of something else that can be done?

what don't you like? I haven't seen any replacement lights yet. Personally the rearend, tail lights included are my favorite part....

 

When I first saw the TSX at the dealer's, I didn't like the rear end much.. and my wife even said she didn't think I would like it... but now I think it is one of the best looking and most unique out there... it really has grown on to me.. I am constantly compairing rear ends while I am driving.. hahahaha

man... all this rear end talk can really be taken the wrong way out of context...

What dooo you want?

If you want those clear ghetto lights (ie-"altezza"), buy an IS300.

If you want a car with a droopy looking ass, buy an Accord sedan.

If you want to buy a Mitsubishi Galant ripoff, buy a new TL. (you heard me right folks, anybody who can't see the resemblance between the TLs and the Galants rear tail lights needs to see an optometrist)

The TSX's rear is simple, cleancut, sharp, and a little aggressive... I like it.

Just wait for the Altezzas to come out for the TSX if youre into that crap. Its bound to happen sooner or later.

Now all i need to do is wait and see a stunna in a TSX y0 so I can laught at them

I think you'll find some good ideas here.

 

I would think that if they were to improve the rear at all, they could add a small lip (a la new jetta) and flip over the license place indentation (instead of the sides looking like this-/ \ it should look like this \___/ )

Thats just my opinion.

I'd love to see an LED light adaptation of the stock setup... that should be pretty easy to do. LEDs in the signals would be nice too (not like G35, where the signals are traditional lights).

 

the tail lights arent that bad...at first i thought they loooked very 97 camryish...pretty much same... but i've gotten used to it...its not bad at all..

 

Guys, I didn't mean to start anything. I think the tail lights look very plain, just like the late 90's camry POS. I do NOT want clear "euro" type tail lights. Just wondering if there was something decent that could "sex up" (to use brit speak) the tail lights. BTW my other car is a G35.

If your looking for different tails, you can some EDM or JDM tails...I believe the signals light up orange. Or at least it looks like they do, hard to tell from the pics.
