The road we were on is Hampton, which turns into Havana that leads towards my apartment, but it has this hugemongous hill that we have to climb.
And as we approach the hill, the light goes red... Andy is thining stop, I'm thinking run the light. But andy thinks better of it and stops.
Now, we sweat till the light becomes green, on which andy slowly starts her up the hill... and it was okay until the beast shifted to third...

We get to the top of the hill and pull into a funeral home parking lot and start inspecting the damage.
It wasn't that bad, just one of the riggings came loose, so we had to get her loose and strap her in again. It only took us 30 minutes and we were on the road again, this time we backtracked to the other short cut that we missed. Tony slept through this repair stop.
We made it to my apartment at 5:30... Andy was sleepy as flut, so I grabbed a Coke out of the apartment vending machine for him and told him to call me if he had any more problems.

I got a call from Andy at around 7 saying that he made it up okay...
He went straight into work with his car and had her scheduled to be repaired the same day at his shop... apparently, the transer casing for the rear axle had rusted bolts which fell off at the hard vibration from the attempted peel out, so they had to clean up the casing and get new bolts in.
Tony missed his class that monday and I was useless at work...
