I don't even have my TSX yet, but am already looking to upgrade it... . I used the search function, but couldn't get a good read on whether all the model years had the same stock speakers... or what exactly they were made of. I was wondering if the 2008's had the paper cone speakers all around... Is the stock setup decent enough to leave, or is a speaker upgrade worth the $$$? Also, will this setup work / be worthwhile:

Doors: Infinity 6012i with HSB-518 spacers
Deck: Infinity 9612i (I know the tweeter won't be used due to HU crossovers only sending low frequency to these 6x9's).
Tweeters: ???

Any feedback or additional suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You need to get spacers or make custom spacers for speakers.

I upgraded ally my door speakers to infinity kappas sounds great.
get a shop to help you out with planning it out, but other than that you really need spacers and the rest is doable.
